Immi-Nest, LLC focus on helping buyers enjoy benefits of ownership and control. Our affiliate consultants use creative strategies to match both buyer and seller's needs and create real estate transactions in ways that are non-traditional, but cost effective and benefit all parties. We have access to private funding sources that are for business and other purposes and our private financing consultants only offer consulting services to clients who wish to utilize our access of programs. We are not brokers, financial advisors, nor attorneys, so as we make offers or suggestions, we encourage our clients to make wise decisions or consult with their legal advisors.

It is our policy that we do not disclose non-public personal information about our customers, except as provided by law. Non-public personal information is information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a product or service to you. These include names, social security numbers, bank accounts, mortgage information, personal income and any other information you specify us not to share with any other companies. For the purpose of marketing a seller's property or finding a buyer's home, Immi-Nest will only use general information authorized by our clients. We do not disclose our investor and financing sources.
